With a solid foundation in Political Science from the University of Ghana, Mr Tetteh-Voetagbe has effectively applied his academic background to drive performance and strategic change in various organisations.
Currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources and Administration at Ghana Export-Import Bank, he has successfully developed systems that enhance human resource management and corporate strategies. His previous leadership roles at FBN Bank Ghana and Access Bank demonstrate his proficiency in integrating HR policies, overseeing performance management, and fostering good industrial relations.
