Genevieve is the Head of Claims & Healthcare Provider Relations at Equity Health Insurance.

Her experience in the Private Health Insurance industry affords her strategic oversight in leading her team to guarantee outstanding service delivery to our esteemed clients. As well as ensuring an efficiently effective claim process for timely payments to Healthcare service providers.

Prior to joining Equity Health Insurance, she worked with Cosmopolitan Health Insurance and Nationwide Medical Insurance where she played a significant role in the successful management of Stakeholder Relations.

Genevieve holds a Master’s degree in Enterprise Risk Management as well as International Relations and Diplomacy. She has undertaken courses in Marketing Research, Negotiation, Strategic Leadership, Client Success, Managing Insurance Fraud, etc.

Genevieve is a highly assertive and proactive individual who brings her vast experience and knowledge to bear on the operations of the company.
