Josephine Bosompem

Josephine Bosompem is the Sales and Marketing Manager at EQUITY HEALTH INSURANCE. She joined Equity as a Senior Officer and attained her current role on merit. Prior to joining Equity, she was the Sales supervisor at GLICO HEALTHCARE, having risen through the ranks from a Business Development Officer.

Josephine holds an MSC in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST); and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics (Statistics Option) from the Presbyterian University College. She also has a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute, Ghana.

Josephine has undergone training in Customer Service, Key Accounts, Contracts, Negotiation Skills, Sales, and Marketing. She has over the years gathered some level of experience in good decision-making and proper client relations. Her positive impact and hard work at GLICO HEALTHCARE through immense contributions to the Business Development and Marketing Team resulted in successful restructuring activities and policies of the entire team.
