Keksy-Thywill Dzamefe is a highly accomplished client services and sales leader with 12+ years of experience in driving revenue growth, Client retention, building high-performing teams, and forging lasting client relationships in Ghana’s insurance and healthcare sectors. Currently the as head of these significant departments at Equity Health Insurance, he excels at developing data-driven strategies that maximize profitability while making sure service experience is delivered.
Keksy joined the team from Apex health Insurance where he led in growing the corporate portfolio with some high earned client. Keksy also worked at Prudential Life Ghana and was part of the team that started Hollard life Ghana as a sales manager.
Beyond sales, Keksy-Thywill is a skilled trainer and strategist, having recruited and coached teams that consistently deliver results. His client-centric approach—combining market insights with personalized solutions—has strengthened partnerships and expanded market share.
Keksy Holds a BBA in Marketing (Valley View University), and a student member of CIM-UK. Keksy has won many awards recognizing his passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
