Isaac Kwasi Danso

Isaac Kwasi Danso is the Acting Head of Retail Sales & Agency at Equity Health Insurance, bringing over 20 years of expertise in sales distribution and operations. He has built an impressive career across Ghana’s insurance sector, serving in senior roles at leading institutions including Sanlam Life Insurance Ghana, Donewell Life Insurance, ESICH Life Assurance, and Metropolitan Life Insurance Ghana.
At Equity, Isaac leads the Retail Sales & Agency team with a focus on expanding market reach, strengthening distribution channels, and driving sustainable growth. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), UK, and holds a Diploma in Applied Insurance Studies (AAIS) from the Malta International Training Centre and Ghana Insurance College.
Academically, Isaac earned an MBA in Marketing from Wisconsin International University College, Ghana, and a BA in Political Science and Theatre Arts from the University of Ghana. He has further enhanced his professional expertise through international training in managerial leadership, operations management, strategic marketing planning, and customer relationship management.
Recognized for his strategic insight and leadership in sales operations, Isaac continues to shape innovative retail solutions and empower teams to deliver value to clients across the health insurance industry.
