Isaac Kwasi Danso

Isaac Kwasi Danso leads the Retail Sales & Agency team at Equity Health Insurance. He is a seasoned professional with over twenty (20) years’ experience in Sales Distribution and Operations.
Prior to joining Equity Health Insurance, he was the Head of Bancassurance and Broker Retail at Sanlam Life Insurance Ghana Limited. He joined Donewell Life Insurance Company Limited as the Head of Retail and rose to become the Acting Head of Distribution. He also worked ESICH Life Assurance Company Limited and Metropolitan Life Insurance Ghana Limited as Sector Head and Branch Manager respectively.
Isaac is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), UK. He holds a Diploma in Applied Insurance Studies (AAIS) from the Malta International Training Centre and Ghana Insurance College.
He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Wisconsin International University College, Ghana. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Theatre Arts from the University of Ghana.
He has attended several local and international courses including Managerial Leadership, Operations Management, Effective Sales and Marketing Management, Strategic Marketing Planning, Effective Customer Relationship Management
