1. What plans are available under Corporate?

Ans: There are four (4): Shea, Oak, Mahogany, and Rosewood.

2. How much are the premiums?

Ans: From GHS 2,300 to GHS 6,000 per person per year.

3. Where can I use my card?

Ans: At any accredited provider assigned to your plan — over 700+ facilities nationwide.

4. What if my card is not accepted?

Ans: Call 0302 752 400 or your relationship officer for help.

5. How long do authorizations take?

Ans: Usually 10–15 minutes.

6. How long do refunds take?

Ans: Within 10 working days, if submitted within 3 months of service.

7. Do you offer Telemedicine & Drug Delivery?

Ans: Yes ✅. Call our telemedicine or delivery lines for doctor consults and same/next-day drug delivery (Accra only).

8. Is medication delivery free?

Ans: Yes, prescribed drugs are delivered at no extra cost.

9. Does the plan cover surgeries, delivery, or chronic conditions?

Ans: Yes — within limits of your plan. Chronic conditions are supported under our Chronic Disease Management system.

10. Where are your offices?

Ans: Accra (Old Ashongman & Agbogba) and Kumasi (Adum, opposite Mantrac).
