The Ebusua Plan is designed for individuals and families, offering flexible and affordable health coverage.

Plan Options: 4 plan levels (2 cover Optical & Dental; 2 cover Optical, Dental & Maternity).
Family Plans: Available for 1–6 members (M; M+1; M+2; M+3; M+4; M+5). Max. 2 adults per family. Ages 0–59 years.
Premiums: Payable in advance.

Ebusua Plan (Individual & Family) – Top 10 FAQs

1. What is the Ebusua Plan?

Ans: A family & individual package with four options: Shea, Oak, Mahogany, and Rosewood.

2. How much are the premiums?

Ans: From GHS 3,312 to GHS 9,000 per person per year.

3. Who can be covered?

Ans: Unlimited dependents — spouse, children, and even parents (up to 70 years).

4. Where can I use my card?

Ans: At any of our 700+ accredited healthcare facilities, based on your plan.

5. What if I don’t have my card?

Ans: Call the call center for your policy number or use your E-card on the mobile app.

6. Are there waiting periods?

Ans: Yes — e.g., 3 months for life cover, 6 months for dental, and 12 months for delivery.

7. Do you cover surgeries and deliveries?

Ans: Yes, within the agreed limits of your plan.

8. Do you cover vitamins?

Ans: Only for pregnant women, children under 5, and anaemic patients.

9. How long does drug delivery take?

Ans: Same day if submitted before 3pm, or next day (currently in Accra only).

10. What makes Equity different?
