• Comprehensive Health Cover (from age 45 after full premium payment)
• Premium Waiver (on death of policyholder)
• Annual Benefits Escalator (+10% per year with premiums adjusted accordingly)

Terms & Conditions:

• Age at entry: 18–65 years
• Contribution period: 5 years (below 45), 10 years (45+)
• Hospitalisation: 2–30 days/year after 90-day waiting period
• Paid-up status: after 12 months and GHS 5,000 in premiums
• No surrender value. Terminates on the death of the policyholder
