David is a legal and marketing professional with over fifteen years of experience in health insurance, service marketing, legal consultancy and practice, media communications, brands management, and fundraising for social groups. He has a proven track record of service delivery in these areas.
David has a deep understanding of financial matters and practical insights into the establishment and operation of profitable health insurance schemes. Currently, he works as a Legal Associate at Legal Relief Trust. He served as the pioneer General Manager of Acacia Medical Insurance, where he played a crucial role in its establishment. Additionally, he held the position of Managing Director at the former Beige Care Health Insurance Limited.
David holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Psychology and Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of London, UK. He also possesses a professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. Furthermore, he is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
David has gained valuable experience through his work with various senior-level positions in multiple organizations.

Mr. Afari is the Chief Executive Officer of Equity Health Insurance (EHi). Prior to joining Equity, he served as the Director of Marketing and Strategy at Cosmopolitan Health Insurance, where he played a key role in leading the organization to deliver innovative, robust, and cost-effective products to corporate, medium-sized, and small businesses.
Mr. Afari was instrumental in generating the concept for Cosmopolitan Health Insurance and was a pioneering member of the senior management team. He is credited with introducing health insurance for the retail segment of the Ghanaian private health insurance market on the GSM platform in partnership with Vodafone Ghana.
Mr. Afari holds a BSc. (Hons) degree and an MBA in Marketing from Central University College and the University of Ghana Business School, respectively. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at Nobel International Business School (NIBS).
Elton has also gained valuable experience working in various roles with different organizations. He served as the Head of Sales at Acacia Health Insurance, Chief Marketing and Events Manager at Pravda.Radio (Vision 1 FM), and Customer Service Representative at Vodafone Ghana Limited. He also worked as a producer for the “Drive Time,” “Feedback,” and “Ultimate Health” programs at Joy FM, a member of the Multimedia Group.
In addition to his academic and professional experience, Mr. Afari has undertaken several short courses in insurance, risk management, finance, and negotiation.

Acheampomaah Opoku Afari completed her secondary school education at Wesley Girls’ High School and graduated from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Theatre Arts in 2008.
In 2008, she joined Nestle Ghana Limited as a National Service Personnel. Due to her hard work and affable nature, she was absorbed into the Nestle team and worked in the HR Department until 2010 when she left to pursue higher education. Acheampomaah obtained an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) in 2012. Subsequently, in 2015, she obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from the GIMPA Law School.
In October 2017, Acheampomaah was called to the Ghana Bar after successfully completing her professional studies at the Ghana School of Law (GIMPA Campus). Prior to that, she worked as a Private HR Consultant, where her responsibilities included recruiting high-end employees for companies and institutions, designing training materials, and executing training programs for companies such as Chirano Gold Mines, Promised Land Hotel Ltd., UJS Facility Management Services, and El-Miraid Consultancy, among others.
Currently, Acheampomaah is a Legal Associate at Oasis Law Office and Consult. With her background in HR, she possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in Labour Laws, Compensation, Corporate and Commercial Law. Acheampomaah is also skilled in litigation, negotiations, drafting and reviewing Contracts and Agreements, Divorce, Property Settlement, and Child Custody matters.

Dr. Ernest Ofori Asamoah is a Management and Financial Consultant with over seventeen years of career experience. He holds two doctorate degrees, one in Business Administration (Strategic Management) and the other in Diplomacy and International Relations. Additionally, he has double Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degrees in Development Finance and Commercial Real Estate Law. He also possesses an MBA in Finance and Investment and an MA in Christian Ministry.
Dr. Asamoah has worked with several organizations including KPMG, JHPIEGO, and World Vision International Ghana. He played a key role in establishing the Ghana and West African Offices of the African Methodist Episcopal Development Services Inc. (AME-SADA) in the USA.
As a consultant, Dr. Asamoah has provided extensive services both domestically and internationally across various sectors such as financial services, agribusiness, waste management, renewable energy, manufacturing, and SMEs in different countries. Some of the institutions he has consulted for include Zoomlion Ghana Ltd, World Vision, Ghana Women Fund, Empretec Ghana Foundation, and Habona Projects in Rwanda.
Currently, Dr. Asamoah serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at the School of Business and the Institute of Distance Learning (KNUST) in Kumasi. He is also a Professor of Strategy and Finance at the School of Business, Leadership, and Legal Studies at Regent University College of Science and Technology in Accra. Additionally, he holds the position of Visiting Professor of Strategic Management at Bundelkhand University in India.
Dr. Asamoah is a Journal Reviewer for several international journals and serves on various editorial boards, including Economics World (USA), China-USA Business Review Journal (USA), Emirates Association of Arts and Management Professionals, and International Centre of Economics, Management, and Humanities (UK and UAR).
He is currently a board member of World Vision International and serves as the Board Chairman of Bia Torya Community Bank Ltd. Dr. Asamoah has published over eight publications and has served as a referee for thirteen journals.
His professional memberships include Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (UK), Certified Management Consultants (USA), Institute of Directors (Ghana), Licensed Investment Advisor/Rep-Securities and Exchange Commission (Ghana), Chartered Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Economist of American Academy of Financial Management (USA), South African Institute of Management, Institute of Management Consultants (South Africa), Institute of Financial Managers (UK), and Chartered Institute Marketing (UK).
